Condition varies by item, but may include any of the following:

• Surface wear: light scuffs, scratches, or general handling marks
• Creasing: fold lines or corner wear from storage and use
• Staining: age spots, yellowing, or minor marks
• Fading: some colour loss due to age or light exposure
• Structural wear: loose, detached, or worn covers on multi-page items

All brochures are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us. Items are stiffened with rigid backing and sealed in protective packaging.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and dispatched within 3 business days.

• International: 6–20 business days (varies by destination)
